Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup soy milk
Instructions :

- Combine pumpkin puree, applesauce, apple juice, and soy milk in a blender; blend until smooth.
Notes :
- I used homemade applesauce that was infused with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and ginger. You might want to add a pinch of each of these to the smoothie if using store-bought applesauce.
- You can use fresh pumpkin puree instead of canned if preferred.
- You could also add a little maple syrup to sweeten it up!
