Really Good Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing |
"I've made this recipe several times and it has always come out excellent! Requires a good amount of salt and pepper; always taste and adjust accordingly. Dressing will thicken over time."
Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion, or more to taste
- 8 capers
- 1 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

- Blend water, cashews, lemon juice, sesame seeds, onion, capers, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth.
Notes :
- If you are using a Vitamix® blender, use 1 cup water instead of 3/4 cup. The Vitamix® will create a smoother dressing and require a little more liquid.
