Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup peaches
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup ice

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes :
- For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
