Poor Man's Pecan Pie

• 1 cup dark corn syrup
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions :

• Beat the eggs. Stir in melted butter, syrup, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in oats. Pour filling into crust.
