• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions :

• Mix butter, milk, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.
