"This is my favorite all purpose rub. Great on lamb, beef, and even salmon. Add some virgin olive oil and honey to make it into a wet rub (aka Bill's miracle mud)."

• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon fennel seed
• 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon dried dill
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
