Ingredients :

  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions :

  • Combine tomato juice, tomato paste, brown sugar, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, bay leaf, and salt in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover. Simmer until thickened, about 45 minutes.
