- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ground black pepper to taste

- Blend cashews, water, pine nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, thyme, and pepper together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
