  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 7 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste (optional)

  • Blend green onions, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt together in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
