- 1 banana
- 3 leaves kale, large stems discarded, leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh turmeric root
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
