Lucas' Energy Bars

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions :

Prep : 15M Cook : 9M Ready in : 45M
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 7x11-inch dish.
  • Mix oats, oat bran, wheat germ, flax seeds, protein powder, almonds, raisins, cranberries, and sunflower seeds together in a bowl. Add honey and peanut butter and mix well. Press mixture into the prepared dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes.
