Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® LIGHT START™ Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions :

Prep : 3M Cook : 1M Ready in : 3M
  • Combine oats and water in a microwaveable bowl; microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Stir and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
  • Place milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials(R) powder drink mix, cooled oats and ice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
