Rice and Veggie Salad with Knorr® Sides |

Ingredients :
- 1 (5.4 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter
- 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 (10.5 ounce) container cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame, prepared according to package directions
- 2 limes, juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :

- Prepare rice according to package directions. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool.
- Add bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, edamame, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve!
