Brandon's Blue Cheese Dressing

"Really awesome blue cheese dressing. My personal recipe."

Ingredients :

1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Greek yogurt (such as Fage®)
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Meyer lemon juice
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 cloves roasted garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag)

Instructions :

Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, black pepper, roasted garlic, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
Pour buttermilk mixture into a container; fold in blue cheese. Cover and keep refrigerated.
