Ingredients :

  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free white rice and sweet sorghum flour
  • 3/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 6M Ready in : 3H10M
  • Stir brown rice flour, white rice and sweet sorghum flour, chickpea flour, yeast, xanthan gum, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir eggs, soy nut butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar into the flour mixture; add water and almond milk and stir. Transfer mixture to the pan of your bread machine.
  • Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
